Group Sessions

In today’s fast paced and often stressful world, children face numerous challenges that can impact their mental well being. Little Lotus is dedicated to addressing this issue by providing comprehensive support that combines mindfulness practice with coping tools and confidence building exercises.
We are currently running sessions on a both one to one basis as well as groups depending on each individual child’s needs. We believe that children thrive when they are together, in supportive environments. This is why, we are expanding our group sessions to include  7-10 year old and 11-15 year olds.

We also run our Mindfulness for Teens program aimed at 13 – 17 year olds who wish to improve their emotional wellbeing.

We guide you through learning life and communication skills that will support you through life’s ups and downs through your teenage years.
Our session settings are a relaxed and safe space for you to voice your anxieties and cultivate mindful awareness and self compassion.

• Visualisation

We have successfully guided young people from 11 plus examinations through to graduating university. 

All group and one to one session will be taking place in the beautiful settings of Yogaloft, W10.
